PC – PINES CLUB

This is said to be one of the longest lasting clubs in the Hot Springs area. The original facility was known as the Chicago Inn and merged through time as the Belvedere Club, Belvedere Country Club, and the Belvedere Association. Reported to have 100’s of stockholders at one time.

The club was located north of town on Highway 7(aka Old Little Rock Hwy). The area still today has businesses carrying the Belvedere name to include the simi abandoned golf course and lovely houses that were built on the golf course.

When the Vapors Club was bombed this is where their gambling equipment was moved.

Chips are readily available and at the same time very difficult to find. Some of the scarcer chips demand a price of $150 and they might be found with burnt marks from being pulled from the States burn pits after the raids.
